Who is Airlie Care for?

Welcome to Airlie Care Property and Personal Concierge Services, where we specialize in providing personalized assistance and unparalleled convenience to our valued clients. We are here for anyone who is time poor, who doesn’t like to do that annoying job around your home, is away from home regularly & needs for your home to be cared for, or anyone who requires some every day assistance or

ad hoc admin and expertise in an area which might take you a lot longer. 

What do we do?

We offer specifically to get those pestie jobs done which saves you lots of time in your day or week and you get to enjoy sitting back and relax, living your best live.

There are many little jobs which are far and between the usual tasks most of service providers offer, we are here to fill in the gaps for a lot of those ad hoc tasks and to make your life more enjoyable.


We offer you peace of mind knowing that your task is done professionally with good care and so you can get on with your life doing more of the things you truly enjoy doing.

What don’t we do?

While we offer many of the household tasks, we are not a typical cleaning business, nor a classic property management company who looks after your long-term tenants nor are we able to provide medical assistance as an age care provider.


We basically fill-in the gaps of many related businesses and get all those in-between jobs done in a professional, efficient, secure and caring way.

What is a personal concierge?

A personal concierge is similar to a personal assistant. The main difference is that we don’t work for one single person or company, but act as subcontractors to various individuals or businesses getting ad hoc or odd jobs done for busy people. What suburbs or areas do you cover?

Our hourly prices include all areas within 25kms of Airlie Beach.


Outside of these areas such as Conway, Hideway Bay, Bowen & Mackay, etc. are upon special request. Please contact us here to see if we can help you!

Why am I not just doing it myself?

Well, this is a good question but why do something you’ve been dreading to  and it keeps sliding of your to do list forever? If you simply can’t get yourself to do it and it feels like you’re wasting your time but can hand it over to someone else well…this is what we’re here for. Voila, you have just decided to buy yourself some extra time!

How can you help me with my personal requests?

It’s as simple as giving us a call on: 0413 156 007 for a quote.


Not sure if we can help? As long as it is a reasonable request and you don’t ask us to feed your pet crocodile, we’re up for a chat! Contact us.

Can I use your services for special events or occasions?

Yes sure you can, we’d love to hear from you to see how we can assist you with that. Just give us a bell and we’ll be happy to discuss your 50th special birthday party plans to get your divorced in-laws and estranged dripplets together, let’s see how we can help you.

How can I be sure I can trust you?

We understand that trust is a serious matter and we do take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously. We have police checks to ensure to give you peace of mind. We carefully hand select each and every one we involve in our business to ensure that we have a suitable personality on board.

Can I use your services in the evenings or weekends?

We currently offer our services from 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday at our standard rate. However, we do understand that life also happens outside of these times. Please contact us should you have any special requests, and we’ll see how we can assist you with that.

How much does it cost?

We offer our services from as little as 1 hour. All services are billed ahead of time. You can buy hours here in advance, or call us to discuss your individual needs and requirements.


To make things easier and you’d like us to be part of your working bee family, we can add you onto a weekly or monthly retainer and let you know once we are close to those hours which have been used up.

How does the monthly retainer work?

Our monthly retainer package is priced at $450 per month and designed to cater to your unique needs, offering a range of services to simplify your life and enhance your daily experiences. With our dedicated team of professionals, you can rest assured that your tasks and errands will be handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care. 

Customized packages are available upon request to accommodate specific requirements or preferences.
